WORKFLOW
01
Storyboard & Review of Provided Materials
We received the client’s design package and broke it down into functional blocks. We identified which elements required animation and which needed adaptation for large-format screens.
02
Asset Prep for Animation & 3D
We rebuilt the design into production-ready layers: set up the structure and prepared textures, models, and shapes. Everything was aligned into a unified system for the upcoming motion and 3D production.
03
Motion Animation for Screens
We built animations for all on-screen blocks. Motion timing and dynamics were tuned to keep the graphics readable from long distances and to match the show’s rhythm naturally.
04
3D Video & Scene Production
We produced 3D content based on the provided style: atmospheric videos, visual identity elements, and object/camera animations. We also worked on lighting and materials.
05
Assembly & Format Adaptation for the Venue
We delivered versions for different screens and resolutions, optimized the renders, and checked readability and contrast. We coordinated everything with the event’s technical team.
06
Final Export & Broadcast Prep
We packaged the full graphics set in a clear structure: archives, previews, and technical notes. Everything was prepared so the show team could quickly access and use the required elements.
