This Privacy Policy regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) applies to all information posted on the website in the information and telecommunication network “Internet” at https://movie-studio.net (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), which visitors to the Website and other Internet users may obtain about the User while using the Website, its services, programs, and products.

1.6. 6. Obligations of the Parties


6.1. The User is obliged to:

6.2. The Website Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. use the received information exclusively for the purposes specified in this Policy;
6.2.2. ensure confidential storage of personal data and not disclose them without prior User consent, except as provided by this Policy and the legislation of the Russian Federation;
6.2.3. take precautions to protect personal data in accordance with procedures commonly used to protect such information;
6.2.4. block personal data relating to the relevant User from the moment of request by the User (or their legal representative) or an authorized body for the period of verification in case of inaccurate personal data or unlawful actions.


7. Liability of the Parties


7.1. In the event of loss or disclosure of confidential information, the Website Administration shall not be liable if such confidential information:

7.1.1. became public before its loss or disclosure;
7.1.2. was received from a third party before being received by the Website Administration;
7.1.3. was disclosed with the User’s consent.


8. Dispute Resolution


8.1. Prior to filing a lawsuit for disputes arising between the User and the Website Administration, a claim (written proposal for voluntary settlement) must be submitted.

8.2. The recipient of the claim shall notify the applicant in writing of the results of consideration within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt.

8.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the court in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. This Policy and relations between the User and the Website Administration are governed by the legislation of the Russian Federation.



9. Additional Terms


9.1. The Website Administration has the right to make changes to this Policy without User consent.

9.2. The new version of the Policy comes into force from the moment it is posted on the Website, unless otherwise provided by the new version.
